Camryn started her first dance class this week. I wasn't sure how it would go. I didn't know if she would be too shy to go without me or I wasn't sure if she would stay interested and listen the whole time. Well, she went right in without hesitation and had a smile on her face the whole time. I wouldn't say she has any dance skills yet but she is excited to go back!

- We are a couple that loves to run. We balance our running with raising our two kids Camryn (4) and Brandon (2). We hope to share our passion for running with others and inspire those looking to lead a healthy lifestyle. In 2004 we joined a running group called the Bandidos. After about a year and a half with the group we both ran our first marathon at the 2005 St. George Marathon. Our planned month long break from competitve running turned into 5 years! During that time we started our family and maintained a light running load of 20-25 easy miles a week. Early in 2011 we caught the competitive bug again and we've been back training again. Back with the Bandidos, we are running some of our best times ever and enjoying running as much as ever. In addition to running we have been experimenting with healthy recipes and new healthy foods. We are feeling great and would love to share our experiences!
